Infant & Toddler Dance
Designed to provide a gentle introduction to movement, this class will allow you to spend some special time with your child - or children! This class is designed for infants and toddlers - great for siblings! - to explore movement through their own creative process! Parent (adult) participation is mandatory.

Creative Movement
Children will explore movement through the use of storytelling, imagery, songs and much more. Memory, rhythm, coordination and strength are valuable skills that will be developed in a positive and cheerful environment. Children must be able to attend unaccompanied by an adult - although adults will be invited to our show on the last day!

Ballet
Children will learn the ABC's of ballet in a fun and interactive way. They will learn basic ballet technique, become familiar with classical music and learn basic ballet positions and movements. Children must be able to attend unaccompanied by an adult - although adults will be invited to our show on the last day!

Sasha Rochon teaches the weeDance Creative Movement and Ballet classes at iDance. Sasha is a professional dancer, instructor and trainer and brings her experience and energy to each and every class. She knows the importance of teaching children "good" habits in movement education and focuses on providing the children with a good foundation in dance - where the most important rule is to have fun!
