For the sassy and sensual side of every woman! This dance class is designed to create a safe and loving atmosphere for women to learn how to come into their own confident way of movement! You will sweat, laugh, have fun, and most importantly know your own value in being a beautiful and confident woman!

We lead you through a brief warm up and stretch followed with some across the floor movement then into a fun routine!

You will leave this class with a glow on your face, fun times, confidence within yourself and some sexy/sensual moves you can take with you to a girls night out on the town or even at home for yourself or maybe... others :)

Please come in either bare feet, or clean, rubber-heeled shoes and of course your gym clothes.
